Please notice our Terms and Conditions for the financial compensation to the proposed and received
services before proceeding into payment:
- This amount of deposit will be fully applied to your selected program/service fee
- This deposit is fully refundable ONLY if your program/service is cancelled; e.g., for
insufficient enrolment or unexpected event or circumstances.
- In case of your request to cancel your attendance/enrolment one week before the event,
a non-refundable administration fee of BD 15.00 or equivalent in other currencies will be
deducted from your deposit and the remaining of the deposit will be sent back to your
account after two weeks of your cancellation request. Please send your request

- In case of your request to cancel your attendance/enrolment two days before the event, 50%
of your deposit will be deducted and the remaining of the deposit will be sent back to your
